Training times:
Sunday morning: Training spin leaves from the Kingfisher gym NUIG at 9.00am sharp. Route: Various, Distance 60km - 120km max.
Tuesday evening (April-Sept approx): Training spin leaves from Bushypark church at 7.00pm sharp. Route: Moycullen - Spiddal - Barna - Bushypark Church - 45km max.

For those who ordered club gear, its due to arrive soon, late next week (26th January).
Just in time for the first spin of the year.
For those of you who have not paid, pass on the money to one of the committee members - no cash no gear.
First outing of the year, for the club, is the fifth year of the annual "On your bike" spin, on Sunday 29th January.
Sign up from 8.30 on, rolling out from Kilcornan, Clarinbridge at 10am. It takes in a route down to Kinvara and around by Ballyvaughan.
It includes both a 60k and 100k option (for the winter warriors).

2012 West Coast Wheelers and Cycling Ireland membership forms are now available here.
For those who had licences last year, get onto the CI website, and login there to renew your license.
The club secretary will check weekly and approve licenses. You will be notified once this is done by CI and you can then pay, and get your license issued.
The West Coast Wheelers AGM will take place on Wednesday the 7th of December upstairs in the Dew Drop at 8 pm. All are welcome to attend.

The next round of the Connacht winter league will be using the new single track course at Cong woods. Taking place on Sunday the 13th of November in Cong woods, the new course will be fully taped off on the day, great spectacle for all the family
The club has new sponsors, and so new gear has been designed.
It's being supplied this time by Velotec, Casla, and there will be a chance to try on the gear for size on Tuesday evening, 1st November, 1830-2030 @ James O'Donnell personal training and cycling centre in Mervue. Orders and payments will be taken on the night.
